This is not a con, but it's something to be ready for: the most challenging part about working at Ramsey Solutions is that it pushes you to grow in every area of life. If you're not open to getting outside your comfort zone (in a good way!), this is not the right place for you to work. But if you want to grow as a person and in your professional skill set -- Ramsey is one of the best work environments you could join.
