When you start you feel great. Every one applauds you and tells you nice things. You get shout outs in stand up and people say nice things about you. You feel on top of the world. Dave brings you on stage when you start and prays over you and you feel like it couldn't get any better. Then reality sinks in. You start to realize the people around you aren't as friendly as you thought. The whole "this isn't corporate" thing that Dave says turns out to be a lie (no surprise there Dave lies a lot). I worked in corporate environments for 15 years before Ramsey Solutions and trust me when I say it's corporate like no other. What makes this place different is that no one gives a two week notice. Or they give a two week notice and instead of getting the two week notice they're fired immediately. Dave always says "if you're heart isn't here your body needs to follow." So one day your team could be set to meet goals, the next your down a person that you really needed. And don't get me started on Dave. Dave is a great guy on the radio, but shows his true colors on stage. He's the worst leader I've ever seen. Oh but no one will tell him that. He's built this massive ego with his corporation and done all this great things and accomplished so much. Oh give me a break. Dave and his executive board need to deflate their egos. We have over a dozen positive cases now and Dave STILL won't let us work remotely. He's a stubborn old man who thinks God is on his side and nothing can stop him. Sounds a bit like the kings of Judah in Jeremiah who cried "peace, peace when there was no peace." They also thought God was on their side. Turned out they were just delusional.
