Pros
Always trying new ideas to keep the program moving. You do get to interact with some sincere people, key word being some. Christmas parties are wonderful. For the most part, work/life balance is good on many teams.
Cons
Myself and persons on the team were told we could make great sums of money. Just start at this and the potential was to move into that. Seriously, "that" was only reachable if someone were to work every minute of every workday at breakneck speed. And likely 12 hours a day. The compensation was that weird in some groups. Commissions were geared for the benefit of the company. One manager turned to me and talked about the wow of doubling income. Are you kidding me? Stop it with the falsehoods. Fact. There are reviews on here that are glossy, flowing, 'perfect', 5-star. Do you think it is truly possible to get that many amazing reviews one after another? Someone posted about HR throwing in at the review board here. Ya think? C'mon. The reviews are so shiny and coated. Fact. They're dumbing you down. Stating that the negative reviews were all posted and centered around a time-frame of last spring. Keep reading the reviews and be mindful. Read and think. Finally, personal growth can be hard in many areas or rather positions. If you have a little bit of time, study some of the reviews. Easy to see? There's an inside review. And another. And another.
