Ramsey Solutions has been a shocking breath of fresh air in the world of layoffs and businesses putting profits over people. I feel like I belong here, bring value to my teams and the company, and love the culture here. One of the best parts of the company is the people. Most of the people I work with care about doing good work, helping each other, and serving the customer well. There is also a lot of trust and ownership. You are expected to know your area, bring solutions, communicate clearly, and follow through.

Priorities can change quickly, and it can be a challenge to manage multiple projects at once. The onboarding process is lengthy and comprehensive, but definitely serves a purpose. The Christian culture is strong and specific, so it will not be a fit for everyone.

Ramsey is INCREDIBLY greedy. It is all about filling Dave's pockets with more money, there is only so many ways to make money off the program. Ramsey underpays and tries to get people to think of it like ministry work, but Ramsey is a corporation so there is zero need for charity.. Ramsey is actually very light on its Bible teaching so I recommend you find a local church or a solid parachurch organization so you can actually do ministry.
