I came in being a fan of what they teach. However, I ended up quitting because of poor, horrific "leadership". Do not dismiss all the negative press and negative reviews. This company goes to extreme measures to silence employees and to control every aspect of an employees life. Before deciding to even interview here, PLEASE find former employees to talk too. Current employees live in fear and someone on my team was actually fired after "talking ill about the company" all because a board member happened to be at the same restaurant as this employee and "overheard" their private conversation. There are MANY more horrific stories- just do your research and you will uncover 99 reasons to not pursue a job here. My immediate manager, or "leader" as they say, continually lied and manipulated us. He discouraged us from seeking raises or going to senior leadership. However, when I rang the alarm and all his wrongdoings came to light- senior leadership did not hand out any consequences. Instead, he simply had to apologize and got to remain in charge. This company fires employees for lying but protects leaders who lie. And THIS is the main problem of this company: Leaders protect leaders which promotes a culture of dishonesty, fear and fear of retaliation. People continue to leave the company in droves yet the company has now forced everyone to sign NDAs to avoid anyone from continuing to speak out. THAT speaks volumes. Need I say more? You've been warned.
