Pros
Great culture, very well-established Talented people Incredible onboarding Leadership cares about you and will actually help you solve problems. (If can’t, they’re at least honest about it!) They sell good products and market content that genuinely helps people. they have bold stances, but don’t expect everyone to buy all in. They’re happy to just help people even a little.
Cons
If you’re like me and researched during the interview process, you’ll probably see bad press. Just like anywhere, mistakes have likely been made as the company grew. But don’t listen to people on Reddit/bad reviews claiming it’s a cult or anything like that. There’s a difference between being a “cult” and having an established “culture.” Ramsey is definitely its own culture—a positive one. The intense stuff you see online probably has *some* truth to it that won’t ever affect your day-to-day, because the positive culture is so established and the company is big enough that one toxic person can’t ruin it…no matter how high up they are.
