Ramsey Education had a lot of turnovers. Despite the push for biblical teaching, I was shocked and appalled by some of the conversations that my leaders would have. If I had an issue, I was encouraged to go directly to my leader. I often heard about being in the right seat, and despite the push for the place having rare air, the environment definitely depends on if you are liked, and it just was not a good culture fit. Expectations and training were not the best. Leaders who are not the best get pushed up, harsh tactics are used, and everyone is in your business asking questions about your baby steps. Based on your responses, they will use it against you. It is not a stereotypical cult, but working there, you will feel like everyone worships Dave instead of God.
FYI: I know HR will attempt to downplay and gaslight my experience, but what do I have to gain by lying? On weeks when people would quit, a new batch of hires would be right on stage, and the entire company would pray for them and wish them success.
