Cons
The leadership within Ramsey Education is not aligned with the company’s mission. Their main focus is money to the point where it is uncomfortable. Co-workers will ask for prayer for a personal issue and directly after, a leader will ask for prayer over the department’s sales goals. It’s disgusting. Leaders also make jokes constantly about their teams bringing boxes to get fired and other inappropriate jokes. I was consistently passed up for leadership opportunities by men who had not produced at the level I was. This past year, the sales team was split. It was discovered that they had restructured the compensation for a particular team in the form of debt by making them receive a draw as an advance. Colleagues were told they would be in debt to the company if they did not produce enough to cover the difference. The company also accepts credit cards from schools. Leadership said they would not consider hiring a referral for religious reasons.
