Pros
Ramsey is one of the best companies to work for - hands down. They value and care for their team members on a personal level, throw out-of-this-world company wide events like Battle of the Bands and the Christmas party, and invest in your professional growth. Their hiring process is more in depth and as a result, they hire really great/high quality people. There’s a reason for how they do things. I’ve been on multiple different teams and each one has been a fun experience. It’s not corporate America and my teammates who came from corporate America say Ramsey is so different (in a good way). Most importantly, it’s a great place to work because Ramsey really cares about helping people. The mission is real, the people who work there genuinely want to help others get out of debt and change family trees, and they want Jesus to be at the center of it. They’re not out there to take money. They’re out there to help people.
Cons
It can be hard working for a public figure (no matter who it is). You have to learn to avoid reading negative media or it can really affect you. There’s always hate out there. No work from home/hybrid option.
