Pros
- People are very friendly and kind - Great christian community, you really work around - Intentionally pour into you - Lots of opportunities to grow - Relaxed environment - Never over-worked - Almost feels like you work in a college environment - Subsidized cafe meals - You really are helping people for the greater good Overall, this is not a bad place to work. The pros have for sure out-weighed the cons for me. I think it really depends on your role and your team.
Cons
- Very strict in-office 5 days a week - Dave Ramsey can be very traditional in his values. He is a bit out-dated in the choices he wants to make for his employees/for the company. He will give intense speeches and it can feel like you have to be "die hard" to work there, like no chill with that man - No dental insurance - Not much diversity, most white men in leadership - A christian conservative environment (there are for sure many people who don't align with that, but not more then 10%) - They can keep you in one role for like 3 years, hard to make more money if youre there for a while Honestly I got used to the cons here, just chose to ignore some of the weird stuff and it's been a fine experience. I think the people who are happiest working here are christians who align more conservative, and are fans of dave or what he does.
