Ok ok salary, Good as compared to india, but less in UAE. Not much burden of work, exposure to big projects based in UAE.

Cons

No as such, accomodation shoud be a bit better. Lot of people are hired who know very less about industry, be a bit careful about that.

Pros

Small company atmosphere. Top leadership changed in US for the better about 5 years ago. Leadership acts with integrity, takes care of employees, and focuses on 100% client success. Company has a great reputation in the utility GIS industry. Great opportunity for individual growth.

Cons

This company is not for everyone. It is a small company with decent benefits. The entire group works hard, and the work is very satisfying and rewarding. However, there is no room to hide if you aren't a hard worker.
