salary increment like peanut no career growth no work from home no work culture no employee benefits no weekend off try to back stab if you are going for better opportunity don't provide due salary and try to not provide reliving letter worst holiday policy

Small company atmosphere. Top leadership changed in US for the better about 5 years ago. Leadership acts with integrity, takes care of employees, and focuses on 100% client success. Company has a great reputation in the utility GIS industry. Great opportunity for individual growth.

Cons

This company is not for everyone. It is a small company with decent benefits. The entire group works hard, and the work is very satisfying and rewarding. However, there is no room to hide if you aren't a hard worker.
