      Here all type people are working means ,diploma people,btech graduate. That's doesn't mean what you have studied. All are same

      Pros

      Small company atmosphere. Top leadership changed in US for the better about 5 years ago. Leadership acts with integrity, takes care of employees, and focuses on 100% client success. Company has a great reputation in the utility GIS industry. Great opportunity for individual growth.

      Cons

      This company is not for everyone. It is a small company with decent benefits. The entire group works hard, and the work is very satisfying and rewarding. However, there is no room to hide if you aren't a hard worker.
