Pros
Dress code - there is none Drinks - fridge has tea, soft drinks, coffee, etc. Free lunch sometimes but not often. Might have to work through lunch if you receive free lunch. A chance to feel like you are helping do something good in the world. Location. Very good call center experience.
Cons
Can't work from home. Everyone is a very nice and compassionate person but you get the uneasy feeling that certain people are out to get you. Doesn't seem like they are investing money in the right places in order to better current product/people. Too much work, not enough people. Network and ISP issues. Dealing with frustrated and rude people several times a week. No covered parking. Building is falling apart and is too small. If you are comfortable coasting through quick fixes and don't ask a lot of questions, you will likely be very happy. Could be an amazing place to work. Incredible idea for a product, bu not very well executed, however that should be changing sometime in the future. If it was a little more relaxed around the office and had a more startup/tech company vibe and culture it could be a great place to retire from.
