Pros
No dress code. Free tea, coke and keurig cups. Tacos on Friday. Location - Good food options nearby.
Cons
No communication, transparency, pay, benefits, unprofessional and inappropriate work environment. Violation of privacy in emails and on personal devices. Environment breaks every rule in the HR handbook and their is no HR to report. Building is falling apart. Excessive bugs and tar drops from the ceiling. No opportunity for growth and development within the company. No experienced middle management. The company lacks leadership.
