Questionable New “Fear Culture” - Anyonymous Employee Raptor Technologies Employee Review

Pros

It was very fast growth and exciting times over the last few years. Former HR representation was excellent, relatable, and proactive in shaping a company culture that really felt like family.

Cons

Culture has changed radically and self-proclaimed culture shapers aren’t being proactive; rather, it appears they’re taking orders, laughing in the face of those suffering on social media, and not pushing back as a mitigating presence. There’s an immaturity and a brutality with the way things are being handled. Quality people with domain knowledge are disappearing. People are hurting over the holidays. I thought things would’ve improved, not gotten worse, after installation of new HR leadership.
