Absolutely The Worst - Managed Customer Accounts Raymond James Financial Employee Review

Management is the worst I've ever seen. Gossip about employees and completely lack leadership skills. You have supervisors talking bad about employees creating a negative environment. Cliques and gossip groups run the department and the team leads and senior employees spend their days gossiping about hoe stupid people are on the team. HR is no help and there is nothing in place to solve problems between staff members. Management accuses and says nothing to promote unity in the department. A huge disappointment.
