If you are hired into a good team or division (ECM) it is a good place to work and build a career
Cons
Most people in operations are 40, have giant egos and treat company culture like a 1980's Wall Street firm. If non-exempt they will monitor by camera and badge scans where you are at all times of the day. Managers favor tenured employees opinions on disagreements 100% of the time. Low-pay and only give out bonuses to a few in each team. Would RUN far far away from ops at RJ.
