      -Very nice and professional team -Open-minded management eager to listen to new ideas -Work is challenging and engaging -Pleasant work environment -18 days off to start with and immediate medical cover (MSP too)

      Cons

      -People tend to do longer days and lunch breaks are only 30 minutes -Salaries although fair are not competitive
