Pros
Easy to access location, great company groups (like Women's group, young employees group, art group, etc.), encourage and sponsor financial licenses, decent onboarding/training, company does a lot for the community, fun Halloween activities, interesting art around the office, standard finance hours
Cons
Low pay vs. the industry (even with taking lower cost of living into consideration - the ongoing joke is that they pay their employees in sunshine), terrible maternity leave, benefits are okay/sub par, poor technology, difficult to get in the door, pay increases are very small (even with the best annual reviews), senior and middle management consists of almost all white males
