Pros

Company gym is expanding, 2 weeks vacation a yr, will hire without a degree or experience, pretty buildings, tuition reimbursement, health clinic on site, cafeteria, nice supervisors, volunteer opportunities, company happy hours.

Cons

Moral is really low in the lower level departments, burn out is high and new hires rarely last a year. Pay is not competitive and many employees get away with doing the minimum and just slide by. Not many perks besides the standard 2 weeks PTO. Changing positions is almost impossible, they want you to have more experience.

Pros

Culture is great, and a lot of opportunity to move up if you’re motivated.

Cons

The pay is below average, they make up for it with more flexible WFH and culture.
