Pros
Very supportive of financial advisors. Open platform with client focus allows advisors to structure their practices their way.
Cons
Very good place work. The only con is the amount of turnover in the sales assistants, but this is somewhat the nature of the business. Also, the independent nature of the company sometimes got in the way of establishing good processes for business. Occasionally felt as if one were recreating the wheel in doing some types of business, even if the business was somewhat common.
