Sure, the company does spend some money for ethically based festivals or Mosaic event a few times year However, senior level management would turn an blind eye on the discriminatory behavior from lower lever manager because they are buddies. HR does not do anything except going through the motion and taking sides with the management. You would feel like you are in somewhere in the middle of backwoods Midwest somewhere. If you are a minority, be cautious and look elsewhere.
