Lack of training in new technologies, younger associates don't want to help older associates, IT managers have a "could care less" attitude with any concerns you raise with them, offshoring lots of jobs to India, Eastern Europe and Russia. Lack of resources to do the work and unreasonable target dates to complete the work properly. Many of the managers in IT have no PEOPLE skills whatsoever. They don't have a clue how to talk to and treat people with respect. They are condescending and rude.
