This department is the dumping ground for all branches and other departments. Rude trainers that aren’t disciplined after numerous complaints. Training was centered on processing forms and not answering calls. There is no medium. You’ll either answer calls back to back with no wrap up time which keeps you in ACW or you’ll process a multitude of different forms that you’ll end up having to redo because training wasn’t thorough enough. Not enough pay to compensate for the unrealistic metrics set forth. You will never master this job as changes are made more frequently than not.
