Pre pandemic I really did not mind working here, but things just feel completely different now. For the longest time the RTO plans were not clear & we were kept in the dark. Due to lay offs and people jumping ship everything feels mismanaged now. You can ask two people in leadership the same question and get 2 wildly different answers. As an employee I no longer feel valued and sadly no longer see a career path for myself with RJ. Good for entry level employees, but make sure to jump ship within 2 year.
