Limited time off due to staffing can only have 3 associates off at a time. Alternate Holidays, so no chance for work balance during the holidays, since it is their busy time- Mandatory Overtime. Can be stressful if your trainer is intense and stressed (which my trainer is). They may be going back in office (not sure if full time is the goal) If hybrid or remote is not an option then that would be disappointing for many (myself included that is why I took this position.
