Pros
The facility and parking was very nice and well maintained and there was a security officers patrolling the parking lots so it felt safe and secure.
Cons
The pay is not very good and there is very little opportunity to advance within the corporation so once you are hired and in a role the recruiters will not assist in the pursuit of other opportunities without the blessings of your department supervisors and manager. They operate in a very old fashioned behind the times manner, HR and leaders are weak and often they use staff and corporate meetings to brag about how great they are and never lay off staff. That has proven to be a lie because on many occasions when there is a slight change in market conditions and the economy they start laying off employees.
