Pros

Somewhat flexible schedule but with conditions Decent pay

Cons

If you are proactive or a top performer, you will be forced out by management. Whistleblowers are not tolerated. If you bring up legitimate concerns or issues, you will at first be ignored and then eventually forced out by management. Annual merit based salary increases range from 1%-3%. There is usually no training budget. Promotions are almost unheard of because once you become useful in an area, management will never let you go. There are 3 types of management at this company: - good managers, they usually do not stick around long because they get promoted - bad managers, these are the ones that ignore everyone's requests, do not like to be held accountable for anything, and are just there for the paycheck - toxic managers. these ones get angry when their subordinates look better than them by being top performers, these managers do not tolerate constructive criticism or suggestions, and if you ever challenge their authority they will embark on a relentless campaign to destroy your career or convince you to quit and if that does not work then they will force you out do not trust HR or Ethics, they will throw their employees under the bus without hesitation
