      Good experience and ability to move around to find a niche

      Cons

      Your work experience is deeply dependent on luck getting kind, available, and effective supporters such as your program and functional management. Compensation is good if you and your supporters fight for it but benefits are lacking. The shining benefits exception is the employee scholar program.

      Pros

      9/80 and every 2nd Friday off, generous vacation time.

      Cons

      The company is 100+ years old and functions almost entirely on inertia. Senior Management is totally disconnected from the day to day, and it shows in the content of their "community" video meetings. They talk about diversity but have no interest in applying it. Most of the time they totally ignore the needs of their disabled employees.
