      - Big company; lots of pieces. - Some of the smartest people I've ever worked with - Salaries are good, particularly just above mid-level, - Their ethics and values are good

      - Inconsistent management practices, training, expectations - Merger with UTC and divestitures were significant disruptors. and still not settled, but better than they were.

      Pros

      9/80 and every 2nd Friday off, generous vacation time.

      Cons

      The company is 100+ years old and functions almost entirely on inertia. Senior Management is totally disconnected from the day to day, and it shows in the content of their "community" video meetings. They talk about diversity but have no interest in applying it. Most of the time they totally ignore the needs of their disabled employees.
