Pros
The pay is good for recent graduates and interns. We also get every other Friday off. Also Raytheon closes buisness for the week of Christmas-NewYears break
Cons
With the Christmas break this means we don’t get all of the holidays like memorial and Veterans Day off. Because we get work off every other Friday we have to work 9 hour days rather than 8 hour days
