Pros
Good benefits - HSA contribution, 401K match, bonuses, achievement awards, tons of PTO, etc. Every other Friday off (9/80 schedule) Managers are flexible and reasonable
Cons
Very few employees seem happy. Attrition is expected to be 30% this year, causing more workload and stress on the employees who stay Bonuses were very low this year, not matching the rate of inflation Corporate has no handle on HR issues - instead pushes political agendas and DEI rather than addressing employees' concerns Vaccine mandate People who are working from home are more appreciated that employees who are forced to come onto plant site every day Poor relationship with government also weighs down morale
