      There aren’t any pro’s here

      Cons

      Worst place to work. Your team lead and inner circle are in it to make money and keep the circle intact and remove all new hires after a certain period. This means layoff for you. They peer review you poorly and secure their bonus/raise to themselves. They’re childish and have no morals/values. Management actually condones it.

      Pros

      9/80 and every 2nd Friday off, generous vacation time.

      Cons

      The company is 100+ years old and functions almost entirely on inertia. Senior Management is totally disconnected from the day to day, and it shows in the content of their "community" video meetings. They talk about diversity but have no interest in applying it. Most of the time they totally ignore the needs of their disabled employees.
