Interesting products, great people, challenging problems to solve, good pay and benefits. 9/80 Fridays are awesome. Generous PTO allowance
Cons
The UTC acquisition led to a lot of changes in leadership that I did not see as positive. People who were unfamiliar with our products, processes, organization, etc. were put in charge and wanted to come in and change a lot of things that were working. Since leaving it sounds like things have continued down that same path.
