      There are cool opportunities and programs if you can get into them.

      Cons

      It seems that unless you're software specifically, raises and promotion opportunities are limited. As a big defense company it's easy to feel like a cog in the machine.

      Pros

      9/80 and every 2nd Friday off, generous vacation time.

      Cons

      The company is 100+ years old and functions almost entirely on inertia. Senior Management is totally disconnected from the day to day, and it shows in the content of their "community" video meetings. They talk about diversity but have no interest in applying it. Most of the time they totally ignore the needs of their disabled employees.
