      There is no benefit to dealing with this company.

      Cons

      Retaliation and harassment are the go to for this company. They have work/life balance webinars only to expect you to live for work. Health benefits are awful. 401k contributions are non-existent. And when you leave they will make it a lasting experience by putting you earned PTO on a 30 day hold (illegal in Arizona) and fail to issue you a W2. Spiteful and immature company.

      Pros

      9/80 and every 2nd Friday off, generous vacation time.

      Cons

      The company is 100+ years old and functions almost entirely on inertia. Senior Management is totally disconnected from the day to day, and it shows in the content of their "community" video meetings. They talk about diversity but have no interest in applying it. Most of the time they totally ignore the needs of their disabled employees.
