Pros

The best darn kids you will ever get the joy of being around. The mission of RePublic is spot-on and a necessary one.

Cons

Expectations and hours are absurd. Thankless work. Watched like a hawk and not trusted to do your job. No consistency year to year (with so much turnover) and not much consistency day to day.
