Fees like employee loyalty has gone out the window. When I first started we had JUST been bought out and the culture here was a lot more tight night and really bred loyalty. We were bought by Cox Automotive a while ago but more recently they have tried to make it more and more corporateized. Feels like they've created a gap between upper management and the people down in the trenches and they're only getting more out of touch with what we actually need help with. There is a huge disconnect between sales and the dispatch team and it makes sales have a difficult time because it doesn't feel like we're all one team like it should. When we need vehicles moved, and we are a logistics company so that is something we should be able to do, there is no support given from the dispatch team so we're left giving our clients half truths about working on their vehicles when in reality nothing has been done other than the car sitting on the dispatch board. This has been going on the last few months now and there hasn't been any sign of improvement. On top of all this, they started implementing a "Quality Assurance" program to start making sure we're saying the right things on the phone, staying logged in to the phone, answering it, etc. They flew corporate people into AZ all the way from Atlanta, GA, to start this. As if we didn't have enough pressure from angry clients and lack of help from dispatch, now we have someone, who knows nothing about what we do or how we do it, coming in from across the country to try and micro manage us and tell us how to do our jobs. Mind you, this year we've broken multiple records in regards to volume and sales before the QA was even started. It's extremely discouraging especially given how much I love working here and the clients I've built relationships with during my time here. It feels like they're focusing on the complete wrong issue here and they have no desire to listen to what we actually think needs to be done. I completely understand the logic behind the QA program and there are benefits to it however they are going completely overboard with trying to micro manage our day to day jobs and duties. I honestly love working here and hope they shift their focus a bit so we can continue to grow like we have been.
