Pros
Nice benefits and PTO, that's about it.
Cons
Ready Logistics management is the worst I've seen. There's always a disconnect but they do not even seem to have the slightest idea of how to manage workflow and employees...it's more of a throw it at the wall and see what sticks approach. They scramble to put out fires rather than work diligently to prevent them. Ready was already doing a pretty bad job...transports were not timely, clients were not happy and then they had layoffs and lost a lot more employees afterward. The corporate office AND remote employees are being hit hard even though some reviewers think it's one or the other, both have lost too many people to be able to function. They just keep throwing more work on all of the employees they have left, like that is a solution instead of hiring and making process changes. Everyone gets more behind every day because there is just not enough time. That only causes more aged transports and other problems which just creates more work for everyone and unhappy clients. It's snowballing out of control and there's no sign yet that they are serious about staffing for the work they have or solving any other problem.
