The leadership team has no clue. The new president is running the place into ground. The rest of the leadership team is completely lost. They are afriad to make a decision. We are losing customers all the time. The ones that are left just complain about the poor service. Working at Ready is like working on the Titanic. The employees are desperately running for the life boats and the leadership team is completely obviously or just don't care.
