We appreciate you taking your time to voice your concern. As you might be aware, during the 2015 year we increased our workload upwards of 300% due to the explosive growth and success we experienced. We understand that with this amount of growth some stress might ensue and we wouldn't be able to do it without out the everyday dedication of out team. Plans are currently in place to streamline the customer and Ready interactions through improvement in technology and our current processes. As we continue to develop, some changes will occur, such as changes in the atmosphere, but we will do a better job in the future of explaining the "why" behind out management decisions. Here at Ready Auto Transport we strongly value our employees, and we apologize if that is not felt on your end currently, but we will continue to find ways to make the work environment here more satisfactory every day.
