      Great commission split, freedom of self employment, App based programs for easy social distancing, no brick and mortar

      Cons

      100% on your own for all ads, signs, and marketing so a lot of out of pocket expenses, can be tough if you’re a new agent

We have a lot of online training and networking opportunities internally that I find very accessible and a valuable resource for new agents.       Pros

      The best cloud brokerage, no monthly desk fees like eXp Realty. Very favorable split structure. Support is more helpful than eXp in my experience.

      Cons

      No definite cons. The con is that you are on your own, as is the case with any other cloud brokerage.

      Pros

      For a remote brokerage there is lots of education and resources available. Lots of teams to join and the tech is great to keep you connected to people and things happening at the brokerage.

      Cons

      No big cons for me. I’d always recommend joining a team and having a reserve for dry spells.
