      Pros

      they recently have made all our shares willable. We can invest in our company and receive amazing stock options. They treat everyone like family, they really believe in the company. The CEO is an actual personable person and cares about your opinion. Nothing bad to say.

      Cons

      Recently the company has changed some fees and dues and it was a little costly, the bigger the company gets the more they need to expand

      Pros

      The best cloud brokerage, no monthly desk fees like eXp Realty. Very favorable split structure. Support is more helpful than eXp in my experience.

      Cons

      No definite cons. The con is that you are on your own, as is the case with any other cloud brokerage.

      Pros

      For a remote brokerage there is lots of education and resources available. Lots of teams to join and the tech is great to keep you connected to people and things happening at the brokerage.

      Cons

      No big cons for me. I’d always recommend joining a team and having a reserve for dry spells.
