Pros

Some BICs are amazing to work with and actually know what is going on!

Cons

This is the absolute worst firm I have ever had the displeasure of being part of. Not only do their recruiters lie to get you in the door about having proprietary systems and being Agent focused and there being a system for everything - none of those I worked with knew what any of the processes were. My area was a system of nearly no processes and those that existed needed to be constantly corrected. There are Agents that are "untouchable" no matter what they do how how they lie to grow the brokerage because the point is to grow the brokerage above everything else. Some BICs don't know the answer to basic questions - are only in files in the wee hours of the morning so no one can talk back to them and take days to follow up. Discrimination has been a major issue with leadership and has gone unchecked. There is over 10K sitting unpaid to me, currently and leadership tried to bamboozle me into signing a document that said I would not get paid - despite the written agreement to pay me - thank God I read before signing. Issues are sent to leadership and if it's their friend, it is overlooked. It is a circus with no structure, no systems and growth by lying at least in my industry. The reviews are terrible.

Pros

The best cloud brokerage, no monthly desk fees like eXp Realty. Very favorable split structure. Support is more helpful than eXp in my experience.

Cons

No definite cons. The con is that you are on your own, as is the case with any other cloud brokerage.

Pros

For a remote brokerage there is lots of education and resources available. Lots of teams to join and the tech is great to keep you connected to people and things happening at the brokerage.

Cons

No big cons for me. I’d always recommend joining a team and having a reserve for dry spells.
