      Pros

      Leadership is focused on agent benefits. Sharran is amazing. Awesome split and several paths for income. .if you have systems down, are clear on contracts and ethics and are a self starter, this platform is worth checking out.

      Cons

      Not for everyone: if you can’t work independently or need a lot of external motivation and support, this platform might not be for you.

      Pros

      The best cloud brokerage, no monthly desk fees like eXp Realty. Very favorable split structure. Support is more helpful than eXp in my experience.

      Cons

      No definite cons. The con is that you are on your own, as is the case with any other cloud brokerage.

      Pros

      For a remote brokerage there is lots of education and resources available. Lots of teams to join and the tech is great to keep you connected to people and things happening at the brokerage.

      Cons

      No big cons for me. I’d always recommend joining a team and having a reserve for dry spells.
