Pros
Set your own working hours and work as much or little as you want. Decent money for the minimal amount of work necessary to sell a home. Decent agent training, and competitive commission structure. Ability to build out recruited agents and waterfall income from recruited agents.
Cons
They take a cut of every deal you make, and there are annual fees as well as other fees and transaction fees that they charge for each transaction. They don't pay your annual Realtor dues.
