This is a job where you are paid in excellent company culture in addition to a living wage. I'm someone who doesn't just care about the money. I need a job that has upward mobility potential and a team that cares about its people. I found that here. Started as an intern 2 years ago and now I'm in a place I never thought I'd be. You definitely get what you put in here. I love that.
Cons
This job isn't easy. Lots of hard work goes into reaching the top. If you are only money-motivated, this job isn't for you. If you want a relaxed gig, don't apply. The people who succeed here are hungry for opportunity and dedicated to growing themselves. It's exciting but it's hard. You need an eye for detail, a humble attitude, and a wild drive for "what's next."
