I was literally given no training for my position whatsoever and thrown to the wolves on my second day of employment. It was just me and the maintenance guy in our tiny office 90% of the time. It felt like I was in a nightmare. Of course the manager was never around when I had a question or concern, and when she was, she was usually nasty. When we were losing owners, she made it seem like it was my fault somehow.
