Pros
● there are some genuine people here ● they do have some fun days like there was a company bowling day but some of us couldn't go because of a maintenance issue, and there was one mental health day which was amazing but the workload doubles the next day and no one is there to help. ● sometimes the boss man makes breakfast
Cons
● No training whatsoever ● overwork you ● don't listen to you when you say you need help ● On - call is legit the worst and it's primarily because they don't have enough vendors (see below on why) ● they don't pay their vendors and instead over work them as well ● don't pay well ● maintenance department gets everything dumped on them and the service advisors just have to "deal with it" ●you get yelled at all day every day by residents, vendors, owners, etc. And again... you have to deal because it's just part of the job and business ●they actually don't follow their own contracts and leases especially with maintenance despite the Senior advisors resistance and charge owners more than the allowable amount according to the contract and again, we were told we had to "deal" with owners upset ● No recognition ● the ceo and the operations manager love to tell you how they're not getting enough money despite the constant price raising, maintenance findings, additional housing going on the books, etc. And it's always maintenance fault ● once you're in a management role (I saw this is the mx dpt) you stop caring about the Senior advisors because the ceo and operations manager just keeps pushing you and you don't have to deal with the things they do. ● they make you come in an hour early every day during the summers and will just spring on you that you need to stay after work randomly and without notice. Same pay. More hours.
